Sales Center with a Flowing and Relaxing Atmosphere

The Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion sales center is a conversion of street shops into a small area that needs to accommodate a much larger reception task. The layout of the center is its defining characteristic, emphasizing both decorative effect and the need to accommodate a larger flow of people. The design team, led by Renata Yin, has successfully achieved this balance, ensuring that the space is visually appealing while also being practical for its intended purpose.

The interior materials of the sales center have been carefully selected to create a simple yet sophisticated ambiance. Plain wallpaper, copper high skirting lines, and gray marble are used to achieve a minimalist aesthetic. The materials are stacked layer by layer, with each layer separated by LED lighting on the facades, creating a visually stunning effect.

Spanning an area of 200 square meters, the Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion sales center stands out with its unique design and attention to detail. The use of draw silk elegant gold-colored metal plates adds a touch of charm and luster to the space, illuminating the entire area. Renata Yin and her team have successfully transformed this small area into an inviting and visually captivating sales center.

The project commenced in Shanghai in June 2020 and was completed in Quanzhou Dehua in December 2020. Throughout the design process, the team drew inspiration from John Quentin Hejduk's Diamond House, which utilized plates to create a sense of motion and liveliness within the space. Overcoming challenges such as creating an enclosed yet connected composition, the Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion sales center showcases the team's creativity and technical expertise.

The Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion sales center, designed by Renata Yin and her team, has been recognized for its excellence. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category.
